Manuel António Interiores is a furniture store established in the market for over 30 years, offering quality furniture with an emphasis on innovation and contemporary design.
They approached us wanting to refresh their brand identity to appeal to a more affluent consumer, and to redesign their very dated website so that it could showcase the wide range of furniture and interior design products they have on offer.
They are a local business and were serving a geographical area of around 100K people but had the capacity to broaden the reach and therefore grow their business. They had tried Facebook before but with limited success, so we proposed a digital marketing strategy designed to broaden the reach of their brand geographically through multiple social media channels, targeting the customer segments more likely to convert.
Our main focus was to increase footfall and to boost sales, and our social media campaigns continue to successfully deliver on those goals. In the process, Facebook more than doubled its followers to almost 10,000, with a high engagement rate and a 5.0-star overall review score.
